Vision for the Future 

3 years after our inception, we have prioritized building a community, and we are now able to head off on our annual retreat for our Endurys family to recharge, reconnect, and refocus for our lofty goals.  We prioritized building a company that focuses on impact rather than just profit. We have done that. We are changing lives. We are changing the way wealth is built for Canadians. We are challenging the status quo, and we know that each person we help mentor through the process of becoming your own banker becomes our greatest advocate. As we stand now, this is the launching point towards our part in creating abundance. We’ve built a successful company, we built a community that cares and believes in the possibilities of the future, and we have all of the Endurys family to thatnk for it. Tonight, we celebrate not just the milestones, but the collective effort of our entire team—building our brand, enhancing our social media presence, and spreading the power of the Infinite Banking Concept far and wide.

Over the years, we have all grown into the roles that our company needs, while continuously stepping out of our comfort zones to grow as individuals. We have fostered a company culture that thrives on friendly competitiveness, creativity, trust, and care. Each of us has a unique skill set that has been vital to our journey, and we have learned that while we may be hands-on and driven to solve problems ourselves, it truly does take a village to change the world. We support one another in reaching our full potential, both professionally and personally, creating a work environment that is as nurturing as it is ambitious. We prioritized professional development because strong team members create stronger teams. We allow team members to manage their own schedules. We have always been results driven, and that will never change. We empower our people to make changes when required because we trust in each other’s abilities. Innovation is at the heart of our success, but we approach it with intention. We’ve seen many companies aggressively pursue automation, often at the expense of the client experience. At Endurys Wealth Solutions, we focus on automating processes that save time without losing the personal touch that our clients value. Our aim is to enhance, not replace, the meaningful interactions that define our client relationships. We have always been in the business of relationship building, and that will never change. Technology will continue to evolve and disrupt industries. Our goal is to mesh with these emerging technologies and leverage them as tools, but our core values need to always be at the forefront of our minds to ensure we never lose sight of our mission. 

Social Impact & Legacy 

We are not just leaders in the financial industry; we are heroes in our community. We are committed to giving back and making a difference. Our charitable efforts have included significant contributions to the Alzheimer’s Society, a cause close to our hearts, and support for Team Rubicon, reflecting our commitment to those who serve. We’ve also made it our mission to leave a legacy that will change the financial industry forever. We want people to understand that they have a choice—they can choose themselves, their family, and their banking system. With control in their hands, they can create amazing opportunities for the future. Abundance is achievable, we can all build lasting wealth. We are teaching that it is not about splitting the pie into pieces, but rather learning to bake more pies so everyone has enough. 

Financial Goals & Challenges 

We’ve set ambitious financial targets: $100,000 in the first year, $200,000 in the second, $400,000 in the third, and $1.6 million by the fifth year. However, we recognize the challenges ahead, particularly the need to bring on talented individuals who share our vision. We understand that while we are capable and hands-on, we cannot do everything ourselves. It will take a dedicated team to reach these goals and change the financial landscape. We are a company that targets talent and reaches out to them. We have personally recruited candidates that fit our vision, and we know will work within our team. We embrace the concept of “who not how”, everyone has their own unique skill set that makes them exceptional at what they do. We know that the answer to growing and ultimately achieving our goals is about finding the right people to help us on that journey. We understand that we are greater than the sum of our parts, and our financial compensation is directly tied to the impact we create for our clients.

Our commitment to family first is unwavering. We believe that success should not come at the expense of the moments that matter most. We are dedicated to making it to every practice, game, activity, and play—ensuring that we, and our team, never miss out on the precious moments in our families’ lives. This is not just about financial success; it’s about creating a lifestyle where our families thrive alongside our business. Our employees know that they are in control of their own schedules. They work the hours that work for them. We work on output, not hours per week. We also foster an environment where help is always available. We don’t have strict policies; we know our employees are family, and we support our family. If we need something, all we need to do is ask.
