About Eric Hawn

I currently live just north of London, ON, with my wonderful wife and three amazing children. Family is the core of everything I do—it’s what drives my decisions and fuels my passion. My dedication to service first led me to a fulfilling 16-year career as an Engineer Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, where I had the opportunity to lead and grow through various challenging roles and deployments.

Being a parent is another journey I deeply cherish, embracing the roles of father, mentor, teacher, and sometimes even the “villain” in our household. Watching my children grow and learn is a source of constant joy and a reminder of the importance of strong family bonds.

A Life of Leadership & Problem-Solving

In my military career, I specialized in Counter-Improvised Explosive Device capabilities, an area that required innovative problem-solving and a commitment to first principles. These experiences have greatly influenced my approach to business. At Endurys Wealth Solutions Inc., our mission is rooted in mentorship and guidance, principles I’ve seen transform lives.
